First introduced in 1968, the ASHP Executive Fellowship in Association Leadership and Management is housed at ASHP’s Joseph A. Oddis Global Headquarters building in Bethesda, Maryland.
The 12-month paid fellowship provides hands-on training in all facets of not-for-profit association leadership and management. Fellows work closely with ASHP senior leaders and staff. In addition to learning about association management, fellows develop leadership and communication skills, problem-solving techniques, and strategic planning abilities while investing in professional growth.
The fellowship has a 50-year history of preparing participants to become leaders. Graduates are prepared for leadership positions in association management, government, for-profit corporations, academia, philanthropy, pharmacy practice, and other sectors.
To learn more about the program and how to apply, visit the current executive fellows during the Residency Showcase on Tuesday, Dec. 5, from 1 to 4 p.m. PST or schedule an interview at the Personnel Placement Service. Visit our program webpage or contact us by email.
Apply by Jan. 5, 2024.
