ASHP members have selected the following individuals to serve on the Executive Committees of ASHP’s Pharmacy Practice Sections.
The terms for the Section Chairs-elect begin immediately, and the two-year terms for the Directors-at-Large will begin in June 2019.
The new officers are as follows:
Section of Ambulatory Care Practitioners
Chair-elect: Zachary A. Weber, Pharm.D., BCACP, BCPS, CDE
Director-at-Large-elect: Jaclyn A. Boyle, Pharm.D., M.B.A., M.S., BCACP, BCPS
Zachary A. Weber, Pharm.D., BCACP, BCPS, CDE, is the Director of Interprofessional Education and a Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice for Purdue University College of Pharmacy, as well as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, Ind. He has served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Section Advisory Group (SAG) on Compensation and Practice Sustainability, and as a Best Practices Award submission reviewer.
Jaclyn A. Boyle, Pharm.D., M.B.A., M.S., BCACP, BCPS, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at University Hospitals Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio, and an Assistant Professor at Northeast Ohio Medical University. She has served on the SAG on Compensation and Practice Sustainability and the SAG on Small and Rural Hospitals.

Director-at-Large-elect: Jodi L. Taylor, Pharm.D., BCCCP, BCPS
Aaron L. Steffenhagen, Pharm.D., BCPS, FASHP, is a Clinical Pharmacy Manager at the University of Wisconsin Health in Madison, Wis., and a clinical instructor with the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. He recently completed a term as Director-at-Large for the Section Executive Committee and has served on the SAG on Emergency Care and the SAG on Clinical Leadership.
Jodi L. Taylor, Pharm.D., BCCCP, BCPS, is Associate Professor and Chair of Pharmacy Practice at Union University College of Pharmacy and practices in the Surgical ICU at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tenn. She has served on the ASHP Council on Therapeutics and as a Tennessee delegate in the House of Delegates.

Douglas A. Meyer, B.S.Pharm., M.B.A., R.Ph., BCNSP, is Pharmacy Director at the Legacy Health – Meridian Park campus in Tualatin, Ore. He recently completed a term as Chair of the SAG on Advancing Pharmacy Practice with Technicians.
Sarah S. Stephens, Pharm.D., BCPS, CPPS, is the Medication Safety Coordinator for Kaweah Delta Health Care District in Visalia, Calif. She has served as Vice Chair and Chair of the SAG on Medication Safety and as a Utah delegate in the House of Delegates.
Section of Pharmacy Informatics and Technology
Chair-elect: Samm Anderegg, Pharm.D., M.S., BCPS
Director-at-Large-elect: Benjamin J. Anderson, Pharm.D., M.P.H.
Samm V. Anderegg, Pharm.D., M.S., BCPS, is the co-founder and CEO of DocStation, Inc., in Austin, Texas, and is a consultant at the Pharmacy HIT Collaborative. He has served on the SAG on Ambulatory Care Informatics, as the Program Chair for the Informatics Institute, as a member of the Commission on Affiliate Relations, and as a member of the Pharmacy Forecast Survey Panel.
Benjamin J. Anderson, Pharm.D., M.P.H., is a Medication Management Informaticist and Program Director and preceptor for the PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. He has served as Chair of the SAG on Clinical Information Systems, Chair for the Meaningful Use Workgroup, and member of the SAG on Clinical Decision Support and Analytics.

Samuel V. Calabrese, B.S.Pharm., M.B.A., FASHP, is the Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Administrator/Chief Operating Officer of the Pharmacy Enterprise. He recently completed a term as Director-at-Large for the Section Executive Committee and has served as Chair of the SAG on Quality and Compliance, member of the Council on Pharmacy Management, and as an Ohio delegate in the House of Delegates.
Lindsey B. Amerine, Pharm.D., M.S., BCPS, is the Associate Director of Pharmacy for Infusion Services, Investigational Drug Services, Medication Assistance Program, Revenue Integrity, and WakeBrook, as well as the Coordinator for the PGY1 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Medical Center. She is also an Associate Professor of Clinical Education at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in Chapel Hill, N.C. She has served on the ASHP Council on Pharmacy Practice and the SAG on Leadership Development.
