ASHP announced today that it has earned the 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award. The award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures.

More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the awards program. The winners are chosen solely based on employee feedback gathered through a confidential employee engagement survey issued by Energage. The results are calculated based on their responses to statements about workplace experience themes, which are proven indicators of high performance.
The USA TODAY Top Workplaces award marks ASHP’s third national award for workplace excellence. ASHP was previously honored with the 2022 Top Workplaces USA award and recognized by Modern Healthcare magazine as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2017. ASHP was honored regionally as a Washington Post Top Workplace in 2022, 2017, and 2016.
