“We are pleased to have Amanda and Mir join us as the 2025-2026 ASHP Executive Fellows,” said ASHP CEO Paul W. The entire ASHP team looks forward to mentoring them and supporting their growth as future leaders.”

The ASHP Executive Fellowship in Association Leadership and Management was established in 1968 (known as the ASHP Executive Residency until 2017) for those pursuing careers in association management. Graduates of the program have gone on to lead in associations, government, for-profit corporations, academia, philanthropy, and beyond.

Housed at the Joseph A. Oddis Global Headquarters of ASHP in Bethesda, Maryland, the program equips pharmacists with expertise in executive leadership, strategic planning, member engagement, and business operations, providing real-world experience that fosters professional growth.

Grant and Mir will begin their fellowship in July, taking on key projects and initiatives that will shape their leadership development and further ASHP’s mission.
