Post-Francke lecture event showcases the work of international pharmacists.
Pharmacists from around the world gathered Monday evening to socialize, celebrate, and learn following the delivery of this year’s Donald E. Francke Lecture by Toyin Tofade, president of Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
This year’s gathering, titled Journey to Excellence: Providing Safe, High-Quality, and Innovative Pharmacy Services in International Practice Settings, featured brief, practical presentations and an exchange of ideas on global trends and best practice in international pharmacy settings. A poster walk showcasing the research of 10 international participants followed, offering the presenters an intimate setting for engagement with attendees.
