Today, ASHP joined the National Pharmaceutical Association and 12 pharmacy organizations to issue a joint statement to unite against all forms of racism, discrimination, and injustice and to prioritize actions that ensure that the entire pharmacy profession is working together to create change.
Recent events underscore the urgency to stand with the black community and commit to upholding ourselves to the highest standards and immediately work toward directly addressing racism and discrimination in our country.
ASHP stands committed to helping and supporting our members and colleagues in seeking out and delivering actionable solutions and being accountable for it. We invite you to read our joint commitment in collaboration with other national organizations as we work together in the fight against racial injustice and disparities of every kind.
