ASHP News

We want to take a moment to recognize the protests taking place across our nation that are weighing heavily upon us. ASHP stands on values that include a culture that strongly supports diversity, equality, inclusion, and opposes violence. We can't stress enough that racial injustice and intolerance of any kind has no place in our profession, in our communities, or in our nation. Our values reside in helping and supporting all of our members and colleagues and in serving all patients who need assistance.

ASHP has long been a leader in national efforts to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in healthcare, and advancing public health and social justice. It is with this same spirit that we commit ourselves to working together with our members and others in the fight against disparities and injustice of every kind.
