Stop by the ASHP Experience Center to view a demo of the ASHP Controlled Substance Diversion Prevention Program Assessment Tool. This web-based tool will serve as a practical resource to assist organizations in determining how their site aligns with best practice recommendations provided in the ASHP Guidelines on Preventing Diversion of Controlled Substances.
Upon completion of the gap assessment, the results will identify areas for improvement and allow the user to develop a customized action plan for their organization, regardless of where they may be in their diversion prevention program development.
Users will also have the opportunity to compare their data against aggregated data collected from other similar practice settings, on a blind basis.
The tool will launch in early 2024 and has been made possible with support from Bluesight®, The Medication Intelligence™ Company, through the ASHP Foundation.
